We apologize to our guests Following Covid 19 regulations, some services may be subject to changes and / or limitations.

WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?

Prices are per person per day inclusive of 10% VAT and include:

  • buffet breakfast (indirect, or served by one of our staff) in the seafront restaurant
  • 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella per room, starting from the third row, on the beach in front of the hotel - the cost of the 1st row is € 8.00 per post beach and for the 2nd row is € 6.00
  • 1 parking space per room
  • 1 Parkplatz pro Zimmer
  • Wi-Fi connection in the rooms and common areas inside the hotel
  • use of the swimming pool open from 9 to 19

WHAT DO HALF-BOARD PRICES INCLUDE?

Breakfast, lunch and dinner with à la carte menu served at the table


WIE WIRD DAS BUFFET SERVIERT?

Breakfast, à la carte dinner served at the table


HOW IS THE BUFFET SERVED?

The breakfast buffet is served by the waiter, for lunch and dinner by the chef


IS THE SUNBED BY THE POOL INCLUDED?

Yes, the pool bed is included in the price upon booking and for a maximum of 2 places per room, and excludes the use of the beach place


DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOWELS?

Yes, for hire at a cost of € 3 each


IS THE TOURIST TAX INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?

No, the tourist tax is charged separately, for the 2020 season it amounts to € 1.30 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days, children up to 10 years of age are exempt.

For the 2020 season, the tourist tax will be calculated from 01.07.2020


WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

From 12:00

Until 10:00


IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE ROOM IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING?

Early check-in is possible (subject to room availability) only by prior arrangement with the management.


AT WHAT TIME IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO THE LATE CHECK-OUT?

The rooms must be vacated by 10 am including parking and beach place. Possible late check-outs must be requested the evening before the day of departure. Until 18.00 50% of the cost of the room is counted if available.


HOW DOES PARKING AVAILABILITY WORK?

The parking space can be used from 12 on the day of arrival to 10 on the day of departure.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE BEACH / SWIMMING POOL IF THE ROOM IS NOT YET AVAILABLE ON ARRIVAL OR ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?

Of course, we can store baggage and secure beach or pool seats, subject to availability


DO YOU ACCEPT ANIMALS?

No, we hope for your kind understanding, if dogs and cats are not allowed in the hotel.


HOW CAN I PAY ON DEPARTURE?

In cash up to € 2,999 (according to the provisions of Italian law, until July 1, 2020) By credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEXO, ATM.


WHAT IS REQUIRED ON CONFIRMATION?

A deposit of € 200 per room to be sent by bank transfer.


HOW TO CANCEL FROM 1 APRIL 2020

  • Cancellation / changes made 10 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged. Late cancellations or no show involve the loss of the entire deposit. In case of early departures (one day or more) will be charged the entire period booked. The rooms booked are available from 12:00am on arrival day until 10:00am of the departure day.
  • Please note that in case of no show you will lose the entire amount of the deposit.
  • If at your arrival you don’t respect the agreement made at the time of booking, as shown above, the management reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the stay booked.
  • Any booking variations must be communicate at least 10 days before arrival, in writing via email, fax or post.

CAN I BOOK A TRANSFER?

Of course, for a fee, subject to agreement with the management. To and from all airports and / or railway stations.
