THE ROOM, THE PARKING PLACE AND THE PRIVATE BEACH ARE AVAILABLE FROM 2 P.M. OF ARRIVAL'S DATE TO 10:00 A.M. OF DEPARTURE'S DATE

The full board service begins with lunch on the day of arrival (12:30 P.M. – 2 P.M.). Unconsumed meals are not refunded. Drinks not included during lunch and dinner.
A parking lot (max 5 meters) for each room is subject to availability. In case of deposit via wire transfer, it must be ordered in max 7 DAYS.
After this term the reservation will canceled. Cancellation / changes made 10 days before arrival date: a fee of € 50,00 will be charged for administrative and sending costs. Free of charge if the deposit is converted alternatively in a voucher for future reservations. Late cancellations (from 10 days before the arrival date) or no show involve the loss of the entire deposit. In case of early departures or late arrival will be charged the entire period booked. If at your arrival you don’t respect the agreement made at the time of booking, as shown above, the management reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay booked.
Any booking variations must be communicated in writing via email or post. Checks and credit cards American Express / Diner's not accepted


WHAT ARE THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Rates are per person/per day (10% VAT included) and they include:

  • buffet breakfast
  • 2 sunbeds and 1 beach umbrella per room, starting from the fourth row, on the beach in front of the hotel.
  • The cost for the 1st row is €10.00 per beach spot, €8.00 for the 2nd row, and €6.00 for the 3rd row.
  • 1 parking space per room.
  • Wi-Fi connection in the rooms and in the hotel's indoor common areas.
  • Use of the swimming pool from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Bicycles are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
  • Meals not consumed will not be refunded or recovered.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SUNBED AT THE POOL?

Pool sunbeds must be reserved directly at the reception to check availability. The cost is €6.00 per sunbed per day. A beach towel is included in the price.

The pool, however, can be used without booking a sunbed.


DO YOU HAVE TOWELS FOR THE BEACH?

Yes, you can hire them: the price is 5€ each


DOES THE RATE INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX?

No, the amount for the summer 2025 is € 1,30 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 10 don't have to pay it.

In 2025 the tourist tax will start from 1st May 2025.


WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-IN?

From 14:00


AND THE CHECK-OUT?

Until 10.00 a.m.


CAN I CHECK IN BEFORE 12.00?

Early check-in is possible (depending on the availability of the rooms and only in agreement with the management)


WHAT TIME IS THE LATE CHECK-OUT?

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM, including parking and beach spot. Possible late check-outs must be requested the evening before departure. A supplement will be applied for late check-out, determined by the management based on availability.

If available, late check-out is allowed until 6:00 PM.


WHAT ABOUT THE PARKING SPACE?

Your parking space is available from 12 a.m. of your arrrival day until 10 a.m. of your departure day.


CAN I USE THE POOL/THE BEACH IF MY ROOOM IS NOT YET AVAILABLE OR ON THE DEPARTURE DAY?

This option is subject to the hotel's availability and includes a supplement, which will be calculated based on availability.


WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT HOURS?

  • Breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00
  • Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00
  • Dinner from 19:30 to 21:00

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No, and we rely on your understanding if pets are not allowed in the hotel.


HOW CAN I PAY?

Cash until € 4.999.00 (in agreement with Italian laws until 1st July 2025) By credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEXO, BANCOMAT.


WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO CONFIRM MY ROOM?

A 20% deposit per each room is required, payable via bank transfer or secure online credit card payment.


Beach and Parking on the day of Departure

At a cost of only € 35.00, on the day of departure, you can take advantage of a beach and parking space. This possibility is subject to hotel availability.


CANCELLATION POLICY FROM 1st APRIL 2025

  • Cancellation / changes made 7 days before the arrival date: a fee of € 50,00 will be charged for administrative and sending costs. Late cancellations or no show involve the loss of the entire deposit. In case of early departures (one day or more) will be charged the entire period booked. The rooms booked are available from 2:00 pm on arrival day untill 10:00 am of the departure's day.
  • Please note that in case of no show you will lose the entire amount of the deposit.
  • If at your arrival you don’t respect the agreement made at the time of booking, as shown above, the management reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the stay booked.
  • Any booking variations must be communicate at least 7 days before arrival at the hotel, in written form by email.

CAN I BOOK A TRANSFER?

You can book it in advance to/from airports and train stations. Tha cost of the service will be given upon request
