Conditions

• Parking facilities may be used until 10:00 a.m. on departure day
• Tourist tax is € 1.30 per person per day
• Tourist tax and possible VAT increase in VAT not included in the price
• Way of payment: Credit Card (NO America Express) - Cash for amounts less than Euro 14.999.00

• THE ROOM, THE PARKING PLACE AND THE PRIVATE BEACH ARE AVAILABLE FROM 2 P.M. OF ARRIVAL'S DATE TO 10:00 A.M. OF DEPARTURE'S DATE. The full board service begins with lunch on the day of arrival (12:30 P.M. – 2 P.M.).
  Unconsumed meals are not refunded. Drinks not included during lunch and dinner. A parking lot (max 5 meters) for each room is subject to availability.
  In case of deposit via wire transfer, it must be ordered in max 7 DAYS. After this term the reservation will canceled. Cancellation / changes made 10 days before arrival date: a fee of € 50,00 will be charged for administrative and sending costs. Free of charge if the deposit is converted alternatively in a voucher for future reservations. Late cancellations (from 10 days before the arrival date) or no show involve the loss of the entire deposit. In case of early departures or late arrival will be charged the entire period booked. If at your arrival you don’t respect the agreement made at the time of booking, as shown above, the management reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay booked.
  Any booking variations must be communicated in writing via email or post. Checks and credit cards American Express / Diner's not accepted
• Please note that in case of no show you will lose the entire amount of the deposit.
